FAR   Florida Association of Realtors

FNMA   Federal National Mortgage Association. Also called Fannie Mae.

MAI   Designation conferred by the Appraisal Institute to appraisers who are experienced in the valuation of all types of real estate (previously referred to as Member, Appraisal Institute).

NAR   National Association of Realtors

SRA   Designation conferred by the Appraisal Institute to appraisers who are experienced in the valuation of 1-4 unit residential properties (previously referred to as Senior Residential Appraiser).
